Participation in ERA Network support groups is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any mental health or medical condition. ERA Network support groups are not a substitute for counseling, therapy, or medical care. Participants should consult a licensed professional for mental health or medical needs.

By registering for or participating in any ERA Network support group, you (“Participant,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

To participate in an ERA Network support group, you must:

Be between the ages of 18 and 23 at the time of registration.

Enroll voluntarily and on your own behalf (no third-party registrations).

Have reliable internet access and the ability to join video sessions if participating virtually.

ERA Network reserves the right to verify age and eligibility information and to refuse or revoke participation if eligibility requirements are not met.

3. Group Enrollment Minimum

Each ERA Network support group requires a minimum of six (6) confirmed participants to begin.

If a support group does not meet the six-participant minimum before the scheduled start date:

The support group will be canceled or rescheduled.

Registered participants will be notified promptly.

Participants will have the option to transfer to another group or receive a full refund.

ERA Network reserves the right to consolidate, reschedule, or cancel support groups in its sole discretion based on enrollment or operational needs.

4. Payments and Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable once a support group has begun.

Payment in full is required prior to participation.

ERA Network does not offer credits or make-up sessions for missed meetings or voluntary withdrawal.

If ERA Network cancels a support group before it begins (due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances), a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

By submitting payment, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

ERA Network uses secure, third-party payment processors (e.g., PayPal, Stripe, Affirm). ERA Network does not collect or store full credit card or banking details.
